One quickly grows accustomed to their accent on professionalism - enough indeed to moderate the anxiety of having one's nerves poked with sharp tools! My last visit with Dr. Jyoti and her aide Nickolle was no exception to the 'rule,' as it were. Dr. Jyoti's disarming humor as she deftly worked on my problem made all the difference at the end of the day. "Are we done!?" This was a different me espousing surprise at the speed with which the usually unnerving root canal job sailed through almost seamlessly. Thank you again, Dr. Jyoti and Nickollev...thank you, Austell Smiles Dentistr😀!

Dr. Jyoti and Nickolle were very meticulous and reassuring when I came in for a root canal and crown all in the same day. I anticipated being there all day, but I was only there for just less than 4 hours. They were very understanding with my questions and concerns, and made sure I left happy with the fit of my new crown.
